Remarks: - Tourist Day Pass entitles any 1 day of unlimited travel on MTR and Light Rail (except Airport Express, MTR Bus, East Rail Line First Class, Lo Wu and Lok Ma Chau stations) within 1 month from day of issue. - Tourist Day Pass is restricted to tourists who are non-Hong Kong residents and have stayed in Hong Kong for less than 14 days.
General Remarks: Tickets that are available for instant confirmation, Confirmation note will be issued via email within 2 working days after payment is settled. Please print and bring along the it and collect the ticket(s) at designated Airport Express Customer Service Centre.
1) Each traveller need to book 1 MTR Airport Express Ticket (E.g. If there are 2 travellers, please put 2 for Quantity)
2) If guest purchases more than one ticket per booking with different travel date & travel guests, you are requested to provide more than one travel guest names. (For example, if you purchase 4 tickets per booking, 2 tickets are for Guest A & Guest B to use today, another 2 tickets are for Guest C & Guest D to use tomorrow, you need to provide both names for Guest A or B plus Guest C or D to us)
3) E-voucher holders need to bring along their Confirmation note in person to collect the ticket(s) at designated Airport Express Customer Service Centre on their travelling date.
4) E-voucher is valid within 30 days of the date of issue.
5) Roundtrip tickets are valid for 1 month for 2 single journeys between Airport Station and either one of the city stations.

7) Once payment is received, no refund or exchange on any ticket is permitted.
8) Any unauthorized alteration or improper damage to Ticket Voucher may treat as invalid.
9) E-voucher or Ticket Voucher's holder entitles the ride on airport express; re-issue of voucher will not applied.
10) Please contact our customer service officers in minimum TWO (2) FULL working day in advance on arrangements.
11) All modifications should be made through our company. Any subsequent changes are subject to an administrative fee plus any other applicable cancellation fee; such fees are due immediately when the amendment request is made. If it is agreed to add traveler to your booking, it is on the understanding that they have also accepted the booking terms stated.
