SHEKOU - is located in the southern part of Nantau Peninsula , and an important part of Shenzhen which is named the first Special Economic Zone of China. There are many places of Chinese cultural and historic ruins to be discovered and developed for tourists' benefits.

City's sightseeing points in Shekou include: Kindergarten, Free Market, Mineral Museum. En route from Shenzhen to Shekou, the coach will graze the area's major tourist centre where Window of the World, China Folk Culture Villages and Splendid China are located. GUANGZHOU - is the capital city of Guangdong Province and the largest city in Southern China with a population of over 5 million. It has been an important gateway for China 's foreign trade activities. In recent years, tremendous economic growth is seen due to its close proximity to Hong Kong and Macau and china's reform policies. Guangzhou lies within the tropics and no doubt its subtropical climate contributes much to the city's atmosphere-a contrasting landscape of greenery parks and trees, mingled with old temples, sprawling factories, crowded back streets and new buildings on main boulevards. Its beautiful gardens, long history of culture, numerous historic relics and unique ‘Guangzhou-style' cuisine, have contributed to its status as one of the most famous tourist centres of China.

CHEN CLAN ACADEMY

This square-shaped complex embodies ancient Chinese structures and distinctive features of buildings in Southern China . It is also well-known by its artistic decorations and is now listed as an historical site under state protection.
   
DR.SUN YAT-SEN'SMEMORIAL HALL

Built in 1931 with funds donated by patriotic overseas Chinese and local people, this beautiful memorial theatre is used for rallies and cultural performances. Its capacity houses 4,700 seats.
   
TEMPLE OF THE SIX BANYAN TREES

This Buddhist Temple was named after the banyan trees that once flourished in the courtyard in the 12th century. An octagonal Flower Pagoda restored after fire in 1097 now stands upright besides it.
 

JADE SHROUD WITH SILK THREAD

Visit the Western Han Tomb of the Nanyue King. The tomb master wearing a garment made of jade pieces which was the earliest one discovered in China so far.
