| [2] DOCUMENT REQUIRED FOR CHINA VISA APPLICATION |

| The following documents are required upon visa application: |
| For ALL nationalities' Applicants |

Original Passport ** |

One (1) recent passport size photo in light color without any background
**Digital photo is not acceptable. For 1 year visa applicant or US passport holder, please provide photo with white background color** |

Chinese applicants please provide with Chinese Full Name if have any. |

** The Passport must have:- |

i) |
Hong Kong Entry stamp
(If do not have, please provide with HKID card copy OR Original Travel Prass) |
| |
ii) |
at least one blank page; amendment pages and pages with bar codes are not acceptable for visa stamping. |
| |
iii) |
at least 6 months validity from the date of travel. |
| |
iv) |
If have any valid China visa, please cancel it before next visa application. Visa can be cancelled within the last 30 days of it's valid date. Working (Z) and Study (X) visa can not be cancelled. If your (X) type visa just expired, please provide with the graduation certificate copy for next visa application. |

| [3] PASSPORT PICK UP & DELIVERY SERVICE |

Meanwhile, delivery service was available upon request, service charge will be Hong Kong $ 150 up. Delivery charge will be applied for such case & delivery time will be vary.

| [4] TERMS & CONDITIONS |
| |
| • |
Type (L) or (F) Visa will be issued through the above China visa application service. |
| |
• |
(L) Visa is issued to an alien who comes to China for sightseeing, family visiting or other private purposes. |
| |
• |
(F) Visa is issued to an alien who is invited to China for a visit, an investigation, a lecture, to do business, scientific-technological and culture exchanges, short-term advanced studies or internpractice for a period of no more than six months. |

For the applicants who already had China Visa before, and would like to apply for L or F Visa again, their previous visa should be totally expired OR has been cancelled before application.

| • |
The visa's type, validity of the visa, duration of stay, and number of entries are issued at the discretion of consular officers, whose decisions are based strictly on the laws and regulations of the Chinese Government. The consular officers have the authority to refuse any applications inconsistent with Chinese laws and regulations and /or revoke issued visas. Meanwhile, the consular officers reserve the right to refuse any application and withhold disclosure of the reason for the refusal. |

Payment
Non-refundable full payment is required upon China visa application.
Cancellation, Refund
Under normal circumstance, refund of Visa fee will not be granted if the application is cancelled or rejected. In case of Visa fee refund is granted, Handling fee HK $ 150 will be applied.
