RESERVATION PROCEDURE

Kindly complete the online reservation form to process your reservation. Service Request can also be submitted via Tel, Fax or E-mail. Please contact our customer service officers in minimum One (1) FULL working day in advance on arrangements.
2 For service(s) that available for instant confirmation, you can settle the payment via online payment gateway to secure your reservation.

For service(s) that NOT available for instant confirmation, our customer service officer will contact you via e-mail within the next 24 hours in order to confirm you the product’s availability with payment methods and payment due date.

If you receive no reply from our side, please contact us at (852) 2369 9991 for further details.
3 Non-refundable full payment is required upon success reservation. Please settle payment per one of the payment methods we suggest.
4 Upon receive your successful payment, Confirmation and/ or Service Voucher will be issued and sent to your email account within 24 hours.
   
NOTE
All Package Prices are inclusive of Service Charge.
Package Price is applicable when participants travelling together on entire journey and sharing use of the same room.
A maximum capacity of 4 persons is allowed per room (including at least 1 adult or senior, child & infant).
Bedding: Twin Room (Two double beds) Or Double Room# (One king size bed). No extra bed will be served at all Disneyland hotels. #not applicable for Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel.
Park Ticket is applicable for use on check-in date.
Breakfast is served in the selected hotel.
