The following payment is required upon success reservation:　
Room rate： First month room payment
Deposit： 1 month room rate (Deposit excluded from room rate)
* Two months deposit is required for three months lease or above

- Local (Hong Kong) Cheque
- Visa card, Master card, CUP, JCB (additional 2% handling charge is needed)
