The following payment is required upon success reservation:-
Room Rate :
First month room payment
Refundable Deposit :
1 month room rate as deposit
Electricity & Water Supply Fee :
1 month on package basis
Tenancy Agreement & Stamp Duty:
HK$500 for the lease term not exceeding 1 year
