Reservation Procedure
RESERVATION PROCEDURE
 
1) Kindly complete the online reservation form to process your reservation. Service Request can also be submitted via Tel, Fax or E-mail. Please contact our customer service officers in minimum One (1) FULL working day in advance on arrangements.
   
2) Our customer service officer will contact you via e-mail within the next 24 hours in order to confirm you the product’s availability with payment methods and payment due date.

If you receive no reply from our side, please contact us at (852) 2369 9991 for further details.
   
3) Non-refundable full payment is required upon success reservation. Please settle payment per one of the payment methods we suggest.
   
4) Upon receive your successful payment, Confirmation and/ or Service Voucher will be issued and sent to your email account within 24 hours.
 
VOUCHER COLLECTION
 
E-VOUCHER COLLECTION :
Upon receive your payment, a Service Confirmation or/and Voucher will be sent to your e-mail account within the next 24 hours plus ticket collection details.
 
TICKET VOUCHER COLLECTION :
Ticket Voucher will be ready at our Tsim Sha Tsui Ticketing Office for collection within the next 1 working day.

EXCHANGE for TICKET
 
TICKET REDEMPTION :

Please bring the ticket voucher/E-ticket along with valid photo ID of the "Lead Traveller", whose name is printed on the ticket voucher/E-ticket. The Customer should present them to a Big Bus uniformed member of staff, at the preffered boarding point. The member of staff will exchange the ticket voucher/E-ticket for a valid ticket to travel.

The Big Bus Company reserves the right to refuse any ticket voucher/E-ticket presented without photo ID.

 
 
Note:
Ticket Voucher/E-voucher cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
Any unauthorized alteration or improper damage to ticket voucher/E-ticket may treat as invalid.
