Reservation Procedure
SERVICE REQUEST
 

Kindly complete the online reservation form to process your reservation. Service Request can also be submitted via Tel, Fax or E-mail. Please contact our customer service officers in minimum One (1) FULL working day in advance on arrangements.

CONFIRMATION
 

For service(s) that available for instant confirmation, you can settle the payment via online payment gateway to secure your reservation.
For service(s) that NOT available for instant confirmation, our customer service officer will contact you via e-mail within the next 24 hours in order to confirm you the product's availability with payment methods and payment due date.

PAYMENT SETTLEMENT
 

Non-refundable full payment is required upon success reservation. Please settle payment per one of the payment methods we suggest.

   
  Payment should be made as follows:
 
Booking Request Payment Due
4 days* or more Min. 3 days* in advance
1-3 days*  Immediate
  * Working day: Mondays to Fridays, excepting Hong Kong Public Holidays
 
The following fees will be levied in the event of cancellation prior or during service commencement:
- Should booking fall-in within 3 days prior check-in or fair period, advance full payment is required upon reservation.
- We reserve the right to cancel the reservation without prior notice if the payment is not made by the payment due-date as specified. 
- All payment / cancellation terms may vary from the above and subject to availability. Please check with our Customer Service Officer upon booking.
   
  Amendment, Cancellation, Refund
 
All modifications should be made through our company. Any subsequent changes are subject to an administrative fee plus any other applicable cancellation fee and such fees are due immediately when the amendment request is made. If it is agreed to add traveler to your booking, it is on the understanding that they have also accepted the booking terms stated. 
   
  The following fees will be levied in the event of cancellation prior or during service commencement:

No show 100% of total payment
  * Working day: Mondays to Fridays, excepting Hong Kong Public Holidays
 
All refunds should be claimed within thirty days from service commencement date. No refunds, either in part or in full, will be made for unused ground transportation.
SERVICE CONFIRMATION & VOUCHER
 

Upon receive your successful payment, Confirmation and/ or Service Voucher will be issued and sent to your email account within 24 hours.
