Reservation Procedure
SERVICE REQUEST
 

Kindly complete the online reservation form to process your reservation. Service Request can also be submitted via Tel, Fax or E-mail. Please contact our customer service officers in minimum One (1) FULL working day in advance on arrangements.

CONFIRMATION
 

For service(s) that available for instant confirmation, you can settle the payment via online payment gateway to secure your reservation.
For service(s) that NOT available for instant confirmation, our customer service officer will contact you via e-mail within the next 24 hours in order to confirm you the product's availability with payment methods and payment due date.
If you receive no reply from our side, please contact us at (852) 2369 9991 for further details.

PAYMENT SETTLEMENT
 

Non-refundable full payment is required upon success reservation. Please settle payment per one of the payment methods we suggest.

VOUCHER COLLECTION
 

E-VOUCHER COLLECTION :
Upon receive your payment, a Service Confirmation or/and Voucher will be sent to your e-mail account within the next 24 hours plus ticket collection details and ticket redemption deadline (*TWO months after the confirmed booking date).

TICKET VOUCHER COLLECTION :
Upon receive your payment, we will send you Service Confirmation or/and Voucher with ticket collection details. Ticket Voucher will be ready at our Tsim Sha Tsui Ticketing Office for collection within the next 1 working day.

E-Voucher
Please print and bring the attachement in the email (Confirmation Note) together with the guest(s)' Passport/ HKID Card to exchange for Physical Ticket(s) at Airport Express Customer Service Centre inside Airport, Hong Kong, Kowloon or Tsing Yi Station before the Redemption Deadline.

Ticket Voucher
Upon/prior travel commencement, please present the original copy of Ticket Voucher in exchange for Physical Ticket(s) at Airport Express Customer Service Centre inside Airport, Hong Kong, Kowloon or Tsing Yi Station.

   
 
Note:
E-voucher or Ticket Voucher cannot not be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
Any unauthorized alteration or improper damage to Ticket Voucher may treat as invalid.
E-voucher or Ticket Voucher's holder entitles the ride on airport express; re-issue of voucher will not applied.
