The following documents are required upon visa application:
1 Original Passport **
2 Two (2) recent passport size Photos
**Digital photo is not acceptable.
3 ID Card Copy

** The Passport must have:
i)
at least one blank page; amendment pages and pages with bar codes are not acceptable for visa stamping.

ii)

 at least 6 months validity from the date of travel.
