| (A) 酒店預訂 |
- 預訂表格 (RESERVATION FORM): 請填妥「預訂表格」中所需酒店、套票、或相關旅遊服務。
- 預訂總覽 (BOOKING SUMMARY): 閣下隨即會收到一封「預訂總覽」電郵。
- 我們的客戶服務主任將於24小時內通過以下其中一種電郵回覆閣下:-
(a)服務確認通知書 (SERVICE CONFIRMATION): 成功預訂後,「服務確認通知書」連同預訂詳情、付款方法及付款限期將傳送到閣下的電郵。
(b)服務建議通知書 (SERVICE ADVICE): 如閣下所選擇之酒店或相關旅遊服務未能確認,我們會通過「服務建議通知書」傳送到閣下的電郵,並提議同級酒店或相關旅遊服務給閣下考慮。
- 付款 (PAYMENT SETTLEMENT): 請根據電郵中的付款方法及付款限期繳付費用。
- 服務收據 (SERVICE VOUCHER): 完成付款手續後,「服務收據」將於24小時內傳送到閣下的電郵。
- 酒店入住 (HOTEL CHECK-IN): 請向酒店職員出示有效護照、旅遊證件、或香港身份證,以便辦理登記手續。
- 使用相關旅遊服務 (USE OF OTHER TRAVEL SERVICE): 請於成行當日向職員出示「服務收據」以便辦理登記手續。

(ii) 優惠價之酒店房間仍然有售,而酒店入住日期屬即時付款之情況。
(iii) 酒店入住日期屬展覽/假日期間,酒店房間供應量隨市場需求大幅減少;酒店要求住客作出“全程保證入住及付款”**之承諾。(**預訂一經確認後,將不會獲得任何退款。)
• 當收到閣下同意預訂及完成付款手續後,我們的客戶服務主任將聯絡酒店或作相關旅遊服務安排。
[a] 如預訂成功 - 不退還全數款項將即時收取;「服務收據」將於24小時內傳送到閣下的電郵。
[b] 如預訂不成功 - 全數款項將退還至閣下的付款戶口/信用咭戶口。
- 如閣下未能在付款限期內繳交所需款項,本公司保留取消服務之權利。
- 所有價格及條款只供參考;如有更改,恕不另行通知;供應視乎預訂當時情況而定;請向我們的客戶服務主任查詢詳情。

- Tax & Service Charge - Price quoted in this website are based on Hong Kong Dollars, inclusive of service charges for booking Hong Kong Hotels and inclusive of government tax and service charges for booking Macau and Shenzhen Hotels.
- Pre-paid Price - All hotel promotion price quoted in this website are exclusive for pre-paid bookings. Same terms and conditions will not apply for any bookings paying at hotel.
- Non-Listed Price - Price quoted in this website are valid for a specified time period. For price that is not covered in the price list, please contact our Customer Service Officer for details.
- Price vs Inventory - Under Normal circumstances, different Price levels for same category of rooms will be set by hotel in order to cater different levels of demands.
- Price excluding items - Prices quoted are excluding airport taxes, other travel taxes, passport and visa fees, insurance surcharge, meals (unless specifically offered in the itinerary), all other expenses, including but not limited to laundry, telephone calls, liquor, soft drinks, room services, optional tours and any other personal items.
- Price variation - Prices are for reference only and subject to change without prior notice. Please check with our Customer Service Officer for confirmation of price upon booking.

- Room Type - Room type stands for the type of room which we contracted with individual hotels. For example, "Run of House" means the room type that has been assigned by the hotel, which shall subject to availability at the time of check-in. Meanwhile, single bedroom refers to room with one single bed; twin bedroom refers to room with two single beds, double bedroom refers to room with one double bed.
- Sharing Rooms - A maximum of three adults is permitted to share one room. The third adult could request a rollaway bed with additional fee unless otherwise specified. A maximum of two children aged 2-12 (unless a different range is specified) and two adults are permitted to sharing a room. In such case, rollaway bed could request with additional fee unless otherwise specified.
- Infant – Infants under 2 years are generally accepted free in hotel. However, not all room types are large enough to accommodate an infant's cot. Cots must be requested at the time of booking and some hotels may charge a fee payable locally for this. Cots cannot be guaranteed.
- Meals Arrangement - Meals are not included from the price listed and available upon request.
- Hotel Standard - As hotel standard may vary in different destinations, hotels or resorts in one city cannot be compared directly with those in another city.
- Hotel Facilities - Information on hotel facilities or added value service is provided by the management of the individual hotel at the time of posting to this website. However, changes may occur after the information has been posted. We will make every effort to advise you of such changes if we are informed by the hotel before your departure. We regret that we cannot accept responsibility for any inconvenience caused if any of the listed facilities or added values is not available during your stay. Due to space limitation, certain hotel facilities have not been listed. Please check with individual hotels for full details and certain chargeable facilities/services.
- Primary Check in guest - Must be over 18 Year Olds, guests under 18 years old must be accompanied with adults to check in.
- Hotel Check-in/Check-out Time - Hotel rooms are generally available after 2pm on your day of arrival, and are to be vacated by noon on your day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be granted at the hotel's discretion, subject to availability of rooms. Any charges incurred will be at traveler's own expense. In making hotel reservation on the number of nights, please consider whether your stay cover your early arrival or late departure.
- No show on arrival – If guest has not made arrangement in check-in on the first night, the hotel reserve the right to cancel any subsequent nights that may have been reserved.
- Special Requests - Please note that special requests such as room location, type, a particular facility at a hotel, a particular view, etc. are not guaranteed.
- Accuracy & Local Conditions - The descriptions of hotels and accommodation in this website have been compiled based on current information available at the time of posting. However, changes may occur after the date of publication. There may be occasions, particularly in low season, when facilities may be withdrawn or reduced by accommodation owners or proprietors of other services. For example, a pool may be closed for cleaning and/or renovation; if there are several restaurants in a hotel, some may close down in low season. Redecoration or construction work may occur even in high season. Such changes are beyond our control. | ENTRY REQUIREMENT |
| It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure that he/she comply with all the visa and health requirements of the respective country he/she intend to visit. We cannot be held liable for any illness, delays or costs resulting from your failure to meet these requirements. Please make sure the passport is valid for at least 6 months from the day you arrive at your destination. Some countries may require a passport validity of more than 6 months and requirement for entry may vary from time to time and country to country. If in doubt, please consult our Customer Service Officer or the respective consulates. |

| RESPONSIBILITY |
Traveler shall be regarded as carrying his/her own risk with respect to loss, injury, accident, damage, delay or expense to person or property. Meanwhile, traveler accepts full responsibility for any of the expenses, damages or losses arise from or as a result of the delay or cancellation on means of transportation, failure to comply with visa and health requirements of the countries they intend to visit, sickness, weather, strikes, war, quarantine or acts of God. We reserve the right to alter any route, itinerary and/or accommodation without prior notice to the traveler if it shall in its sole discretion think this fit or in case of force majeure. We shall be relieved of all liabilities and obligations resulting from the force majeure events and shall not be obliged to refund any amount paid to the hotel or any unused portions of travel service in such circumstances.The liability of Asia Travel Care shall not exceed the price of the product or service purchased by the Customer.
FORCE MAJEURE – refer to any circumstances which are unusual and/or unforeseeable which are beyond our control, the consequence of which could not have been avoid even if all due are had been exercised, including but not limited to war or threat or war, riot, civil strife, hostilities, political unrest, government action, industrial dispute, natural or other disaster, nuclear incident, terrorist activity, weather conditions, closure of airports, fire, flood, drought, re-scheduling or cancellation of flights or alteration of the airline or aircraft type by and airline or technical problems with transportation that are outside our control. |
