Membership to HiHK is open to any individual over the age of 18 years and any corporation.
2 By agreeing the terms and conditions to become a HiHK Member you agree to be bound by these Membership Terms and Conditions.
3 HiHK reserves the right to reject any application for Membership.
4 Membership commences upon acceptance of the Membership application by HiHK.
5 Membership in HiHK is not transferable.
6 HiHK reserves the right to terminate any Member from further participation in HiHK Membership Program at any time without notice.
7 Members may leave the HiHK Membership Program at any time by submitting written notification.
8 HiHK may change the Member program rules or program benefits from time to time with or without prior notice. 
9 HiHK also reserves the right to terminate the program, or any part thereof, in any jurisdiction, at any time with or without notice, HiHK is not liable to Members in any way for any value or benefits Members may lose as a result of any changes made to the program.
10 It is the responsibility of Members to check the website regularly for any changes to the Terms and Conditions of HiHK Membership Program. Continued use of the program by the Member will be deemed as acceptance of the current Terms and Conditions.
11 It is the responsibility of Members to keep their mailing address and contact details up to date. HiHK will not be held responsible for any delay, misdirected or lost mail.
